POSITIVE SIDE OF PANDEMIC (COVID19)
I know it's early to decide and comment on pandemic Corona (Covid19) at this stage, but I am sure #WEAREALLINTHISTOGETHER and will surely defeat this.
Same time there are key facts which no one can deny will have a positive impact on human race I am mentioning few of them here in:
#PersonalHygiene: This is going to impact on all over world each region be it urban/rural tribal everywhere. The people will surely change and upgrade their personal hygiene, be it brushing, bathing, hand washing, etc.
The wide spread of this pandemic is affecting approx, all sects, class of society, not discriminating in poor, rich, civilian, politician hence the awareness is also all around and everyone is taking all possible precautions and measures to safeguard themselves.
#ValueofHumanLife : People who were not wearing a helmet are also looking with mask and keeping themselves sanitized, finally this Corona Virus has taught the value of human life which everyone was fail to do.
People are so much concerned that they are keeping themselves sanitized, clean and safe in even if they have to connect with anyone be it shop keeper, vendors, friends or relatives, etc. The same was not the case few months back people were spitting all around and others around them don't even bother, now if you cough or sneeze without covering your face with cloth or tissue people will maintain a significant distance from you, also they will ask you to cover your face while coughing or sneezing.
This was always missing in our society be it Pan and Cigarettes shops our any Chai Point. It was very normal to have Pan, Gutkha ,Paan Masala and tobacco and to spit all around.
#SocialDistancing Practice of this was not much common in past but in current scenario its due to awareness, education or fear whatsoever reason people are maintaining distance from infected (sick) person and vice a versa.
I will also correlate this with #personalspace as in formal meetings; other celebrations and occasion people will surely maintain a significant distance which is again a positive thing which was missing and was considered unprofessional.
Finally somewhere the Clean India objective of Mahatma Gandhi and Swaccha Bharat Mission of Current Government will also be fulfilled.
You might be having a different perception and the same will be welcomed by me.

Do not Pick a Job, Pick a Boss the reality !
It's easy to say "Don't Pick a Job, Pick a Boss" but a simple question to you all that how many of you get chance to do so ???
In current scenario we read/listen a lot of lectures and create our mind set accordingly, but when we go through the same situation we do not consider these all lessons and forget to focus on what we decided to do in the past.
We just grab that opportunity and start reading those lessons again hoping this time I will choose my Boss, the fact is that it doesn't take place in most of the cases..
If you don't agree with it can share your thoughts here...
Thanks

RETAILERS ROLE IN DEMONETIZATION
The Government is working on to reduce the discomfort of common man due to the issue. The decision was sudden hence became effective too, again the time will tell the degree of effectiveness of the decision, but initially it has brought so many difficulty to farmers, small and medium enterprises and approx all aspect of the common-man's life.
Government has utilized retails chain in very smart way to reduce the difficulty as they utilized petrol pumps to dispense and exchange the cash , along-with the cooperative stores.
One of the best known retailer #BIGBAZAAR who has enabled some of the stores to dispense cash against debit cards, definitely its a positive move by a retail giant to help the people in this situation of note ban.
